Our Creative Board is a network of knowledge, skills, and experience that our entrepreneurs and startups can draw on for both inspiration and advice. In other words, it provides additional support for our startups as they develop on their journey towards creating sustainable companies that solve both current and future challenges.

Daniel Johansson

Daniel Johansson is a researcher and teacher at Linnaeus University and Innlandet University in Norway. He has worked with many of the music industry’s trade organizations over the years and writes about developments in tech and music for the industry website musikindustrin.se.

Daniel’s research focuses partly on the streaming economy, platforms, and distribution models, and partly on how the music industry is affected by various technological shifts such as AI.

Michael Blair

Michael Blair is an American musician, producer and consultant living in Stockholm. He has worked on projects with a Beatle, a Rolling Stone, and a Kink. As a musician, Michael has collaborated with Tom Waits, Lou Reed, Elvis Costello, Candlemass, R.E.M., Weeping Willows, poet Allen Ginsberg, and more.

He gives old-school, hands-on workshops focusing on developing a creative identity, networking that lasts, and building new businesses. Michael has for example presented at Stockholm’s Chamber of Commerce, the South by Southwest conference in Austin, and Jeunesses Musicales International in Brussels.

Jenny Björk

Jenny Björk – business developer, project manager & consultant, is a passionate music geek and business strategist with a burning interest in the creative industry. She is a networker of the highest order, with a unique business sense and an ability to turn creative ideas into reality. With extensive experience in co-working, hospitality and the entertainment industry, Jenny acts as a bridge between creators and the business world.Kari

Niclas Molinder

Niclas Molinder is a songwriter, music producer and musician who has worked with artists such as Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga and Mary J Blige. Niclas also runs several organizations that focus on innovating data and rights management in the music industry.

In 2014, he founded SessionStudio with Max Martin, Björn Ulvaeus and Ash Pournouri. The vision is to establish a standard for how music creators are linked to a work based on their different roles, so that everyone involved can be compensated when the music is used.

Niclas Molinder has also founded the Music Rights Awareness Foundation together with Max Martin and Björn Ulvaeus with the aim of increasing the understanding of music rights globally.

Linnea Lindau

Linnea Lindau – entrepreneur, business developer, and board professional – has spent over 15 years turning innovations into sustainable business ideas. With sharp expertise in venture creation, early-stage tech startups, and navigating high-growth journeys, Linnea is a seasoned chaos pilot with her feet in the business world and her eyes on the future. She’s built companies, led funding rounds, negotiated with investors, and supported countless founders in growing – both as entrepreneurs and as people. Former CEO of Chalmers Ventures and an active board member in several tech companies, Linnea is a natural bridge between technology, business, and people.

Fredrik Berglund

Fredrik Berglund is an entrepreneur, consultant, and teacher with a focus on the culture industry, events, and digital music services. Among other things, he is the co-founder and chairman of the board of We Are Voice, a music service that manages both graphic and audio music rights. Fredrik also holds the position of Director Cantorum at Örebro University.

With over 25 years of experience in the education industry, he now works mainly as a consultant in his own music company, Leafstreet, where he is CEO.

Sophia Johansson

Sophia Johansson has extensive experience in developing and leading companies through growth and change. She has worked both as an entrepreneur and an advisor, focusing on business strategy, financing and board work. Over the years, she has supported companies in developing their business model, attracting capital for growth and creating sustainable strategies for expansion. With titles such as CEO, Investment Manager and Strategic Advisor, Sophia has worked with both listed and unlisted companies. She has led companies through transformation journeys, international expansion and capital raising. Today, she runs Jsson Growth Consulting, where she supports entrepreneurs and management teams in developing their businesses and navigating change processes. She is also active in the boardroom, where she contributes to strategic governance and long-term development.

Johannes Söderberg

Johannes Söderberg is a versatile entrepreneur and business developer, as well as a consultant in digital marketing, with over 15 years of experience in the music and video game industries, tech startups, and the creative sector.

He is the co-founder of the ag-tech startup CarbonAct and has coached musicians, designers, and researchers in turning their ideas into sustainable business ventures.

With a background as both an orchestral musician and a pop/rock artist, Johannes brings a unique perspective on how creativity and business can intersect. His strength lies in helping creatives navigate the early and often uncertain phases of entrepreneurship – with a strong focus on community building, early customer insight, and funding.

Grégoire Pluchet

Grégoire Pluchet is a music-industry strategist with more than fifteen years of international experience across artist development and digital innovation. His background spans both major companies and some of the most forward thinking organisations in the music-technology space.

His experience brings together global commercial partnerships, strategic work with music-tech companies, and supporting artist-entrepreneurs. He most recently advised Norwegian artist Ane Brun on career and creative development.

Today, he advises early-stage teams and cultural organisations on building sustainable, technology driven businesses, with a growing focus on inclusion across the sector.



Örjan Serner

Örjan Serner has extensive experience as an entrepreneur in the development of companies; partly as the founder of a number of his own companies and partly as an investor and consultant in business development. Örjan has been involved in developing over 50 companies in various industries over the years, both service, product and distribution companies.

With titles such as Senior Investment Manager and Vice President in a listed investment company, Örjan is today active in his own investment company and also works as both chairman and director in a number of companies.

 

Christina Löwenström

Christina Löwenström is an entrepreneur in Blockchain, cryptocurrencies and music rights. She is the co-founder and former CEO of Zeptagram, a blockchain-based platform for tokenizing and selling music rights.
