Brewhouse Riff
Explore and test your music tech idea
Brewhouse Riff is an early stage program where you explore and test ideas within music tech. Through practical tools, customer insights and pitching, you develop your idea and learn whether it has real potential.
How Brewhouse Riff works
Structure your idea
We start by mapping the idea using Lean Canvas. Together we identify the problem, the target users and the key assumptions that need to be tested.
Target group & value proposition
We work further with the target group and the value proposition using tools such as the Value Proposition Canvas. The focus is on understanding who you help and why the solution matters.
Develop your pitch
We work on how to communicate the idea clearly. Through pitch exercises you develop a story that explains the problem, the insight and the value of your idea.
Talk to users
Now the focus moves outside the room. We go through how to find the right people to talk to, how to ask the right questions and how to collect insights from real users.
Validate the idea
After the workshops you continue the work independently by talking to potential users and testing your assumptions. The process concludes with a proof pitch, where you present what you have learned and how the idea has evolved.
